Refund & Replacement Policy

• Replacement Policy:

  • Products that are damaged upon arrival or under valid warranty will be replaced at no extra cost.

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.

Flat Shipping Rate of ₹50 for orders below ₹599.

Delivery Time:
Most orders are processed and shipped by the next business day.
Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at your provided email address. This will include your tracking number so you can follow your package.
